If you had a water leak and your bill is high, we can offer a credit back on sewer services only. The State of Georgia requires that we account for all water used thus making us charge for all water usage. We can credit back for the sewer usage portion of your bill. You must provide a receipt showing you fixed or had a plumber come out and fix the issue or a letter from your landlord if you rent stating that they have fixed the leak.

Any garbage roll cart that is not rolled back from the roadway by noon on Wednesday is chargeda $5.00 roll cart penalty per occurrance. To avoid this fee, please ensure you roll you cart back from the roadway before noon on Wednesday each week.
